1. Where are you located?

 We are in New York, USA! 

2. What is your return policy? 

   We aim and go all out in making sure each item we make is prefect. We believe in what you see is what you get and a little bit more. If you end up get a faulted product, take picture of the package and items inside and drop us a line.

You can return premade items, regular and sale items, and pre-orders.  It’s not uncommon to change your mind after your pre-order is placed, so I completely understand why you’d want to make sure you’re exploring all facets of our Returns & Exchange before you make any returns. If you wand to cancel a premade order do it before the release date so that way we don't charge you the shipping. 

You cannot return clearance and custom items.

3. Can I return or cancel custom made and made-to-order items?

    No. These items are made for you. If you have a problem with the custom please just email so we can solve the problem. 

4. What are you shipping options?

  We primarily use USPS but we are not limited to it. It's just easier and cost effective. There is also FEDX and DHS. We have free shipping for orders over $25 on US Domestic shipping. Shipping carriers have begun changing there price for the year 2021 so please be aware of the price changes.

5. What do I do if I never receive my orders?

  All our orders have tracking numbers and you will receive the tracking number when we ship it it. If it has not arrive please be patience and call the appropriate shipping carriers. We aim to make sure all the information we provide to you is correct but since we use 3rd party shipping carries we cant control there actions.

6. When will I receive my order?

   We understand what t like waiting for the mail so we try to ship fast. For premade items its about 2-3 business day wait time for US Domestic. I can not speak about over seas, I am sorry as my knowledge ends there.

7. Can I make changes to an order I already place?

Time is of the essence. We strive to get things up, ready and out. If you need to make a change let me know immediately. If I shipped out the item already, still send me an email so we can figure out the appropriate action to take .
