How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2 - 3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as they come. Understand we a r a team of humans, working with human hands and human brain.
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestic USA and select international. Due to COVID, USPS will not ship to some countries. Please check USPs site to see if they deliver to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location. If you live in New York, USA, you'll get it faster than if you live in California. Shipping within the domestic USA take 4-8 business days.
Custom orders take about 6-8 weeks to create and ship because they are made to order.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
